About The Position

Valentis Group, Inc. is hiring a full-time Armed PSO to provide security at client sites in St. Louis, MO. Responsibilities include guard booth monitoring, foot patrols, incident response, and threat identification. PSOs ensure a safe environment through high visibility, professionalism, and proactive engagement.

Requirements

• Valid City of St. Louis armed guard card
• Successful completion of a government Tier 3 background check
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to write clear reports and manage multiple priorities
• Must pass semi-annual physical and live-fire readiness tests
• Must attend paid travel/training in Pittsburgh, PA

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety through static, foot and vehicle patrols
• De-escalate potential threats and professionally interact with the public
• Submit accurate and timely reports
• Maintain a clean and orderly post
• Engage in ongoing training and development
