Requirements

Must be 21 years of age
Must be citizen of the United States of America
Three years of armed security experience within past five years and/or
Three years of military or National Guard (active duty or reserve) and/or
PSOs shall fluently speak, read, comprehend, and compose coherent written reports in English. Government may require - - - PSOs to possess proficiency in a specific language
Must complete (sign/date) a Lautenberg Amendment Statement/Domestic Violence certification annually
Valid Driver's License
20-hour OPOTA private security firearms certificate is required, prior to employment
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen analysis
Must complete and pass medical and physical testing
High School Diploma or GED
