About The Position
This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service (FPS), Springfield, Virginia. The primary purpose of this position is to plan, develop, manage, and direct critical agency protective security programs necessary to address the most complex problems or initiatives of the assigned program areas. The program's activities support the agency's goals through the management of procurement of armed guards' services for Federal facilities nationwide based on facility security level and/or risk and threat assessment of the facility.
