About The Position
IQVIA, in partnership with Boston Scientific, is seeking a high-performing Prostate Health Virtual Sales Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals with a strong administrative and clinical aptitude who thrive in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to be coached and directed, which is essential for success in this position. The Prostate Health Division is looking for energetic, driven, and passionate individuals who can build strong relationships with customers, team members, and leadership. This virtual support role will focus on selected markets and accounts, with the representative responsible for the development and adoption of Prostate Health therapies in their assigned territories. The Prostate Health Virtual Sales Support position requires the successful completion of all assigned training, ensuring that the representative retains and builds upon foundational product and clinical knowledge. Adherence to Client's Travel and Entertainment (T&E) guidance, Advamed Policies, and Integrity Policies is crucial. The representative will also be responsible for compliance with promotional programs, including educational virtual in-services for healthcare professionals (HCPs). Timely updates to Client Leadership and the Project Leader regarding ongoing business activities, competitive conditions, and industry trends are essential components of this role. Additionally, the representative will maintain and update current and prospective target customer profiles, classify customer clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care, and determine how our therapies can provide comprehensive healthcare solutions. Scheduling virtual visits and in-services as needed is also part of the responsibilities.
