The primary purpose of this position is to develop, communicate, implement, and manage the business development, integration, and connection of ProServices business tools and programs into the company. This role is responsible for the development and operation of both store internal tools/systems, communications, and promotions to maximize growth objectives. The position manages, identifies, and makes decisions on the day-to-day communication of ProServices programs, interacting with various organizational levels including store employees, field management, executive management, vendors, and corporate partners. It facilitates the execution and completion of critical projects and programs identified by the Director and Vice-President of ProServices. The analyst works closely with Marketing, Merchandising, and communications teams to ensure Pro-relevant information is created, integrated, communicated, and leveraged effectively. This position requires making autonomous daily decisions regarding information intake, action, and resolution communication to affected parts of the organization with little or no management approval.
