About The Position

Summary of Position: Must be able to conduct proper inspections. Learns how to rig-up/down PropX equipment and operate the equipment. Must be able to perform basic maintenance on equipment and troubleshooting. Drives various pieces of heavy equipment, operates a forklift, operates PropX belts and maintains all inspection paperwork. Works safely in a team environment and always keeps work equipment clean and neat. Qualifications & Requirements: Maintains a DL. Ability to communicate and comprehend the efforts of others. Outstanding communication skills with field personnel and management. Ability to think and act quickly. Ability to work in team environment. Must be able to complete a pre-employment physical. Checks all fluids and visually inspects all equipment prior to start-up. Ability to spot and rig up equipment in a safe and timely manner. Communicates with Sand Supervisor during all aspects of the job. Expected to run all PropX equipment and forklift. The Equipment Operator’s responsibility is with the equipment, not wandering away from it. Communicates any issues to sand supervisor. Performs basic preventative maintenance. Ensures proper LOTO procedures are followed. Completes all necessary inspection forms for each piece of equipment. Assists in housekeeping before leaving location. Requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, carrying, reaching, etc. with arms, hands, and fingers.
