About The Position

As the Proposal writing lead, you will have a unique opportunity to create processes, frameworks, and infrastructure from scratch, without legacy templates, layered approval chains, or inherited procedures. You will work closely with the founding team to shape how NODA approaches winning opportunities. In this role, you will own end-to-end proposal strategy for OTAs, SBIRs, IDIQs, and competitive awards, translating autonomous systems technology into compelling narratives that evaluators understand and remember. You will establish content frameworks, build proposal infrastructure, and directly influence which contracts NODA pursues and wins. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, seeks direct access to decision-makers, and believes that their words can drive millions in contract value.
