About The Position

Agile Six is seeking a Proposal Strategist to join our Proposal Team. This is not a typical proposal development position. We’re not looking for someone who works in traditional, process-heavy ways. Instead, we seek someone who thrives in a collaborative, dynamic environment, where flexibility and team outcomes matter more than rigid processes. We believe overly prescriptive proposal processes often provide a false sense of security at the expense of creativity and true collaboration. At Agile Six, we collaborate until the last responsible moment instead of spending time on laborious, formalized reviews. We prioritize gathering context over relying on traditional BD structures and focus on the entire set of needs—of our clients, partners, and team members. In this role, you’ll drive proposal management, content development, and submission activities while fostering trust-based collaboration across Agile Six teams. We really care about what we do, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for building a better government through purposeful work. While proposal work sometimes requires uneven hours to meet deadlines, we commit to wholeness through wellness time, flexibility, and an ongoing dialogue around balance. And while our proposal professionals wear many hats, the primary focus of this role will be proposal management and proposal writing.
