About The Position
Gannett Fleming TranSystems is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join our Business Development & Marketing team in either Santa Ana, Long Beach or Irvine! This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring regular attendance at our Santa Ana office. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling, facilitating, and documenting proposal kick-off and color review milestones, compiling and distributing meeting notes, performing detailed analysis of Advertisement, SOQ, and RFP requirements, and coordinating proposal resources. The role also involves reviewing all work products, ensuring adherence to internal best practices, and collaborating with graphic designers to develop proposals and presentations.
