About The Position
Join CSG Consultants, Inc. (CSG), a thriving employee-owned civil engineering and municipal services consulting firm, as we expand our dynamic Marketing team with an experienced Proposal Specialist! We are on the lookout for dedicated individuals passionate about crafting winning proposals. This full-time hybrid role, reporting to the Proposal Manager, offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to CSG's continued success. Our ideal candidate brings a wealth of proposal development experience, preferably in the B2G market and the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) field. As a Proposal Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently managing all activities associated with the development and delivery of assigned proposals for existing and prospective public agency clients. You must be collaborative, able to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and have the willingness to take on a variety of tasks in response to needs as they arise. You will work across multiple CSG business lines and regional offices that deliver a variety of services to public agencies throughout California and beyond. Your work will also include developing, maintaining and enhancing proposal content as well as refining the tools and processes for maintaining content and developing proposals. We only consider candidates living locally or within the State of CA. We do not pay any relocation expenses.
