S2 Analytical Solutions, a leading consulting firm in the DoD and U.S. Intelligence Community, is seeking a Senior Proposal Solutions Architect to join our team in Herndon, VA. This role is pivotal in helping our clients tackle their most pressing challenges through innovative solutions in digital modernization, automation, mission engineering, architecture, cyber engineering, and mission operations. As a Senior Proposal Solutions Architect, you will collaborate closely with business development, research and development teams, and other subject matter experts to analyze government Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and craft compelling written responses. Your expertise will be essential in developing differentiated solutions that are not only innovative but also easily understood and evaluated by prospective clients. In this position, you will engage in a variety of tasks including the analysis of RFP instructions, Performance Work Statement (PWS) elements, and evaluation criteria to create tailored solutions that encompass technical solutions, cost elements, and Basis of Estimates (BOEs). You will also be responsible for authoring proposal volumes, responding to requests for information, and conducting demonstrations. Your role will extend to partnering with the Business Development team to shape and develop technical solutions, assess current and future skills and technology needs, and participate in new business strategy development. Additionally, you will create technology and solution roadmaps aimed at enhancing mission enterprise capabilities, thereby improving customer and mission outcomes. You will be expected to evolve S2's systems engineering and IT lifecycle methodologies and tools, establish best practices, and lead the architecture definition of Cloud Computing solutions. This includes addressing the full lifecycle from early Concept of Operations (CONOPS) through to sustainment, ensuring that our solutions are secure, high-quality, and aligned with modern digital transformation technologies.
