About The Position

The Proposal Marketing Manager at Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is responsible for leading and overseeing all pursuit-related activities within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry. This role involves managing qualifications, proposals, and presentations while ensuring alignment with corporate branding and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing pursuits and a strong background in the AEC industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of marketing experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of A/E/C experience.
• Proficient in InDesign and current graphics and publishing programs for marketing material development.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of the firm's general services and effective communication of those services.

• Working knowledge of utilizing social media platforms for corporate communications.
• Ability and desire to learn new technologies and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all pursuit-related activities, including qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
• Train marketing staff in all aspects of pursuit-related activities.
• Assist in identifying and vetting potential opportunities through collaboration with market and service leaders.
• Direct the go/no-go process, optimizing the marketing team's time and resources.
• Manage team resources and schedules for local pursuits, implementing established win strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date firm lead-finding registrations and manage annual registration updates.
• Collaborate with other Marketing Managers to balance workload and ensure brand consistency.
• Support business development leads with marketing strategies and provide additional marketing support as needed.
