Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum two years of experience in engineering, marketing, tendering, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and discuss product requirements.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities within matrixed teams.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical and commercial inputs for proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer RFQ specifications and identify follow‑up needs.
  • Ensure proposals align with strategy, milestones, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate pricing, cost packaging, and bid completion using standard templates.
  • Support commercial reviews including risk, credit, bonds, and compliance documentation.
  • Communicate project requirements and coordinate with tendering and proposal teams.
  • Track and report opportunity status and support closure efforts.
  • Manage the regional sales funnel and highlight key actions to drive orders.
  • Prepare handoff documentation and support order transition after award.
