About The Position

Analyze RFP documents and prepares Caddell response Work with joint venture partners, design team partners, and key subcontractors to define and manage deliverables as necessary to complete proposal requirements Work directly with estimators, operations personnel, and other field and home office personnel to gather information necessary to develop proposals Establish internal due dates for proposal requirements to ensure adequate time for review by all necessary stakeholders Confer with Director of Marketing and Proposals and appropriate business unit leaders projects and personnel for inclusion in proposal documents Maintain proposal files on a shared server Maintain assigned proposal/opportunity records in company selected database software Available to help with additional tasks that impact proposals such as CPARS evaluations, small business subcontracting statistics, safety statistics, and company financial information Prepare for and leads proposal debrief conversations with clients Assist with training of new proposals personnel Preform additional assignments per supervisor's direction Working Conditions – Office setting, minimal travel required, full time Your career matters at Caddell, where there is a strong emphasis on the growth and development of every employee! Requirements

  • Strong business and technical writing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze RFPs/RFQ's and other owner documents
  • Demonstrated ability to manage work process and adhere to schedules
  • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities under deadlines
  • Thoroughly fluent in use of Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
  • Minimum high school diploma/GED and 10 years of experience in professional business writing and or proposal development

Nice To Haves

  • Four-year degree and five years of proposal development experience preferred
  • Federal government proposal development also preferred.
