About The Position
OCT Consulting LLC’s (OCT) Business Development Growth Group is seeking a Mid-Level Proposal Writer to support proposal development/submission activities in response to requests from Federal Government clients. You’ll work collaboratively with business development colleagues, senior leadership, client project managers, and subject matter experts to win new business. Key Role: Support proposal coordination and management, development, and revision of major proposals. Apply knowledge and expertise of the proposal development process. Participate as part of a proposal team or lead proposal efforts in the cradle-to-grave development of a proposal. Apply working knowledge of teaming strategies with large and small businesses.
