Under the supervision of the Director of Grants & Contracts, the Proposal Manager of Community Housing and Support Services will administer and execute the organization’s assigned line of service grants and contracts processes. Primary Responsibilities include: Organize and successfully execute assigned program grants and contracts applications, including well-written, comprehensive narratives with timely submissions. Will be the lead point of contact for Senior Directors and Business Development staff with proposal preparation, award administration, reviewing government and non-government issued cooperative agreements and contracts; coordinating approval processes for pre-award and post-award actions. The ideal Proposal Manager should demonstrate excellent attention to detail, writing abilities, editing abilities, and should possess knowledge of private, public, and government contracts, proposal and grant requirements.
