About The Position

This role provides hands-on exposure to the supply chain’s role in competitive proposal development within a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment. The intern will assist with proposal cost development, supplier data collection, subcontract documentation, and cross-functional coordination with program, finance, and engineering teams. Over the course of our 10-12 week internship experience you will have the opportunity to: Support supply chain proposal development activities including supplier quote coordination and cost data collection Assist with development of Bill of Materials (BOM) and supplier cost inputs for proposal submissions Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical information required for proposals Support indirect subcontract activities, including market research, supplier identification, and procurement documentation Assist with contract labor and service procurement support where applicable Provide general analytical and administrative support to the Global Supply Chain team This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. These positions must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Additionally, some positions may require the ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2026
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Enrolled student attending a college or university with an expected graduation date on or after August 2026

  • Strong academic performance (preferred GPA of 3.0 or above)
  • Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills as demonstrated through leadership positions on teams and/or in student or civic organizations
  • Strong technical experiences as demonstrated through technical projects, research or engineering internships
