Our team is looking for a top-quality Proposal Developer to join us in assisting our team with these vital cloud-native capabilities. You will be joining the Marketing and Partner Management team as a key contributor to the success of GeoComm submitting successful RFP's.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of related experience
  • Ability to produce concise, well-written documents.
  • Understands process of responding to RFPs and proposals.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with other employees, and general public.
  • Ability to coordinate tasks for varied program and project areas.
  • Ability to maintain organized effective procedures and systems.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates cross-functional team deliverables for the one-time response development of RFPs and complex proposals.
  • Authors proposals and coordinates compliant, complete responses to RFPs.
  • Coordinates and monitors cross-functional collaboration and proposal task management with sales, client services, and management team, and others against the timelines and deadlines.
  • Ensures completion of all proposal tasks by cross-functional team.
  • Develops proposal by assembling information including project approach, objectives, timelines, scope of work, implementation, staffing, estimates of effort, and pricing.
  • Writes and edits persuasive, winning proposals representing the interests of the customer and company.
  • Leads and coordinates compliance review of RFP responses with legal, finance, contract management, product management and services teams as needed.
  • Creates a registry of legal, finance, contract management items for review by leadership and understanding at contract negotiations.
  • Consistently meets deadlines as required by proposal process/RFPs by establishing priorities and timelines.
  • Coordinates the development of and maintains the proposal library.
  • Maintains quality by using templates and following proposal writing and formatting standards for readability and presentation.
  • Optimizes the proposal process, proposal systems (i.e. NetSuite, Qvidian) to improve quality, streamline work, and produce winning proposals.
  • Ensures systems are up-to-date and have high data integrity, especially quotes developed within NetSuite.
  • Develops proposal packages, presentation materials, and other marketing materials which are attractive, professional, and saleable.
  • Supports channel sales objectives as assigned.
