- Coordinate the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions for RFPs, RFIs, and SSNs.
- Analyze solicitation requirements, develop compliance matrices, and outline proposals to meet client expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., technical leads, subject matter experts) to gather, synthesize, and refine proposal content.
- Ensure proposals are compliant with all stated requirements, formatted professionally, and submitted before deadlines.
- Maintain an organized repository of proposal documents, templates, and past submissions to streamline future responses.

Seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our Business Development team. This critical role supports the growth of the company by managing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Sources Sought Notices (SSNs), while also conducting comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
