About The Position

Woolpert is hiring a Proposal Coordinator to join our dynamic Proposal Department. This position reports to the Proposal Director and is responsible for supporting the proposal managers within the Infrastructure Sector (aviation, transportation, utilities, and enterprise data/analytics) throughout the proposal process by handling key components associated with proposal development. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in relevant technical or industry experience OR 6+ years relevant AEC industry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; experience with InDesign a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to anticipate, understand, and respond to internal client needs, including proposal manager, project manager, and technical subject matter experts (SMEs).

  • Proposal experience within the infrastructure industries (aviation, transportation, utilities, or technical services) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support proposal manager as needed, including attendance at scheduled kick-off, review, and other pursuit meetings; attending meetings to document action items and larger strategy discussions; issue subconsultant data calls; and manage received information.
  • Complete the required corporate forms.
  • Provide response to data calls from teaming partners.
  • Work with technical writers to maintain toolkit content (resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate text, etc)
  • Maintain and archive image/graphic libraries through Open Asset
  • Coordinate hard copy production and shipment of final submittal, as needed.
  • Maintain client database through designated tools.
  • Maintain consistency and storage of information.
