About The Position

At Prosek Partners, the stories we tell impact the global economy. We are in search of a Prophecy Apprentice to join our fast-growing team at Prosek. We are looking for a self-starter interested in bringing best-in-class strategy and creative to life for our financial and professional services clients. Prosek’s Prophecy Apprentice Program offers post graduate students the opportunity to launch their careers in strategy, marketing, and communications. Our 6-month program is designed to train the next generation of professionals. Real Work Experience This role provides crucial support in developing and implementing integrated brand and go-to-market strategies, as well as managing client relationships. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about solving problems, navigating client relations, and making a business impact simultaneously. Positioned at the crossroads of client interaction and business strategy, this apprenticeship is perfect for individuals eager to learn and contribute to various strategic initiatives within our marketing and communications department. Prosek’s Boot Camp program is a curriculum curated and taught by top leaders across the firm on a weekly basis throughout the program. Our Boot Camps are designed to educate Apprentices on both PR and our client sectors. Topics of education include: Writing 101 Professional Optics Capital Markets and Asset Management Professional Services and Financial Technology Wealth Management and Banking We invest heavily into the growth and support for our Prosek Apprentices, pairing each Apprentice with a manager, a media buddy and a mentor. Managers are responsible for identifying their Apprentice’s strengths, areas for development, and interests to ensure they’re given the right tools to succeed. Mentors provide support to Apprentices as they acclimate to a new environment and corporate culture. Throughout the Apprentice Program, we will be assessing the apprentice’s performance to determine readiness for promotion to Assistant Account Executive, taking into consideration performance and business needs at the time.

Requirements

  • Completed BS/BA degree by the start of the program.
  • Curiosity: A strong desire to learn and understand the dynamics of different business environments.
  • Attention to Detail: An ability to meticulously manage projects and ensure all aspects are executed flawlessly.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
  • Holistic Business Understanding: The capability to grasp the big picture of a business, appreciating how various elements interconnect beyond just a single vertical.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A team-oriented mindset that thrives on working collaboratively to achieve strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Strategy Development: Aid in the development and implementation of cohesive brand and GTM strategies to align with client objectives.
  • Support Client Communications: Help maintain regular internal updates and coordinate with the account team to ensure effective communication of client needs.
  • Competitive Research: Assist in conducting competitive research to inform strategic decisions, ensuring our approaches remain innovative and effective.
  • Streamline Operations: Help facilitate smoother connections between internal departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our brand and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Documentation: Help document calls, summarizing key takeaways, and distributing action items to ensure clarity and follow-up within the team.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on various industry trends to help the team remain competitive and informed.
