About The Position

Metis/Risk Management Programs is looking for a Property Valuator to join our Property Valuations Department.

Requirements

• College degree, or 1-3 years of relevant experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, required.
• Working knowledge of property valuations and property exposure.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively, utilizing a personal vehicle.
• Proof of a valid driver’s license with acceptable DMV records and current liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations, including general assessments of content and equipment to determine value.
• Identify unique or unusual exposures.
• Prepare reports based on collected data and cost analysis.
