About The Position

Residential Real Estate Review (RRR), an established BPO/AMC, is dedicated to delivering high-quality and timely property valuation products through a nationwide network of highly qualified and experienced real estate professionals. As a Property Valuation Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and appraisals to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company and client quality standards. Utilizing industry-accepted methodologies and proprietary systems, you will help deliver high-quality valuation reports within specified deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in real estate valuations.
  • Real estate or appraiser license preferred; candidates with relevant experience in real estate or quality control review will also be considered.
  • Strong proficiency in real estate valuation methods.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely task completion.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with peers, vendors, and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong online research skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure valuation reports accurately identify the subject property and its relevant characteristics.
  • Research and analyze comparable sales to confirm the use of the most relevant and recent market data.
  • Account for variations in property conditions, economic factors, and external influences in the valuation process.
  • Collaborate professionally with agents and appraisers to request revisions or clarifications as needed to maintain quality standards.
  • Manage a pipeline of orders, ensuring timely review and resolution of outstanding revisions or clarifications.
  • Prepare clear, detailed narratives for management and clients, outlining key quality control findings and potential valuation risks.
  • Work closely with the valuation fulfillment team to ensure the on-time delivery of high-priority reports.
  • Analyze BPOs and appraisals to develop the most accurate reconciled market value for properties.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
