About The Position

Valiant is looking for a Property Manager to join our team!! This position is a full time Non-Exempt (hourly) position, supporting the ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP). Property Manager provides mission training services to key leadership in support of the MTC Site Manager in the execution of all training functions within the Mission Training Complex (MTC). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs complex logistics activities within established procedures including data management, configuration management, shipping & receiving, inventory control and supply maintenance. Assigns and reassigns equipment on Permanent Sub-Hand Receipts to Civilian Contractors and Military Staff utilizing GCSS-Army in accordance with local MTC operating procedures Maintains Log Files of all transactions Affecting Property Accountability and ensures 100 percent accountability of Government Furnished Equipment. Ensures 100% accountability of contractor acquired property (CAP). Maintains warranty files and ensures processing and maintenance of all warranty claim documentation. Manages the turn in and disposition of Government Furnished Equipment through the MTC military supply officer and Defense Reutilization Marketing Office (DRMO). Assigns equipment and maintains digital and hard copy temporary sub hand receipts for Mission Training Exercises. Identifies and predicts support equipment spares and consumable usage rates. Monitors work orders for parts and consumables requisitions. Manages the ordering/replenishment, receipt, storage, issue, and disposal, of all materials. Verifies the availability of funds, supply levels, emergency conditions, economic order quantities, and authorizations to submit orders for supplies. Tracks all inbound and outgoing equipment shipments to ensure timely deliveries and Receipt of Equipment to and from training exercises. Inspects equipment preparations for safe and secure equipment shipment. Requests and receives; maintains accurate accountability of, and ships and receives Expendable and Durable Goods. Proficiency in all aspects of warehousing, packaging, handling, shipping and receiving components. Maintains all required documentation for audit purposes to include Transportation Control Number Screen Prints, DA Form 1348-1, Copies of Commercials Bill of Lading and Shipping Labels. Ensure compliance with Government and contract guidelines, regulations, policies, and standards. Reports directly to the Site Manager. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience with Army supply/logistics. Demonstrated experience with military property and supply management. Demonstrated experience with supply systems, policies and procedures, inventory accountability and serviceability, forms, regulations, and Quality Control (QC) inspections and preparing QC reports.
  • Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; Active Secret preferred.
  • High School Diploma; AS/AA (Preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with GCSS Army (preferred)
  • MS SharePoint Experience (Preferred).
