About The Position

The Property Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the storage, shipping, and receiving of materials to ensure efficient operations. This role involves overseeing the movement of materials, maintaining safety and security protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The supervisor will also manage property staff, coordinate with contractors, and ensure timely delivery and proper labeling of materials.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent with at least 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to enter data accurately into databases and perform basic mathematical computations.
  • Ability to operate general office equipment and read safety and operating documents.
  • Ability to detect issues and exercise resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Strong self-motivation and independent work skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate data and consider decision impacts.
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite and Deltek CostPoint.
  • Strong professional customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with TCMax, TMI Portal, CostPoint, PCARSS, and Cognos.
  • Previous experience operating a forklift.
  • Working knowledge of ITAR, FAR, DFAR regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and monitor storage, shipping, and receiving of materials.
  • Utilize handling equipment to move materials to and from aircraft, trucks, or trains.
  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks to maintain work and storage areas.
  • Coordinate with contractors for timely receipt and proper labeling of GFP.
  • Inspect material handling equipment and notify maintenance of required repairs.
  • Interface with Project Leads on BOM's to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Stock Hazmat cabinet and issue hazmat items as requisitioned.
  • Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts as per contract requirements.
  • Manage delivery order closeouts and transfers.
  • Stock inbound materials/assets upon delivery.
  • Pull items from ACC stocked area and issue to Production Department as needed.
  • Load, unload, pull, pack, deliver, and stage inventory for production.
  • Maintain both manual and electronic records for shipping and receiving operations.
  • Coordinate disposal of collection drums and waste with Safety Department.
  • Track inbound, outbound, and stored government and Yulista owned assets.
  • Ensure compliance of inventory functions from receipt to shipment.
  • Store materials properly to conserve space and ensure safety compliance.
  • Review and monitor current procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Review shipping notices and other records to determine priorities and work assignments.
  • Monitor work performance of property employees and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Complete employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions with Property Managers.
  • Support Property Management in meetings and compliance efforts.
  • Supervise property staff and provide guidance on tasks.
