About The Position

The Property Services Learning & Development Specialist at Citizens Bank is responsible for supporting the Real Estate Operations team by managing training and development initiatives. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs, developing training materials, and facilitating employee development programs. The specialist will also analyze data to improve training effectiveness and maintain communication regarding training resources and events.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in training and development
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using various media for training materials

Responsibilities

  • Gathering and analyzing data
  • Identifying automation opportunities
  • Creating Learning Roadmaps/Badge Type Programs and development needs assessment for each job role within Real Estate Operations
  • Developing training and development programs and objectives for the Real Estate Operations team
  • Obtaining and/or developing effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
  • Training and coaching managers, supervisors, and others involved in employee development efforts
  • Planning, organizing, and facilitating employee development and training events
  • Developing and maintaining organizational communications regarding training and development events and resources
  • Conducting follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
  • Creating and updating a master contact list for all REO
  • Updating weekly/monthly/quarterly reports from REO Leaders
  • Updating the REO Org Chart
  • Participating in the implementation of all training platforms used in REO Learning and Development
  • Updating distribution lists (DLs)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
