About The Position

The primary focus of the Property Analyst is the delivery of analytic reporting of current performance data, recommendations for reduction of financial spend and process improvement. This role provides insight to Property Leadership for the consistent development of an elevated Real Estate Operations program. This role reports to the Strategy Delivery Manager who reports to the Real Estate Operations Director. Candidate will provide strong analytical expertise for stats gathered from internal systems which contain Property performance data and financial expense year over year related to our self- perform Real Estate Operations Team. Candidate to d have the skillset to create and foster value add results when delivering project results related to process improvement and the development of best-in-class services. The Strategy Delivery Manager is responsible for Management of significant data/ financial analytics being utilized to create a refreshed service model.

Requirements

Candidate should have technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Assignments will include data analytics, data gathering, and data presentation.
Well-seasoned with Microsoft Office Suite .Strong excel and PowerPoint deck creation and presentation skills
Strong software skills for data manipulation and presentation.
Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze large data sets.
Skilled in data visualization to present insights clearly and effectively.
Competent in data management for secure storage and easy access.
Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
Effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
Ability to present findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable manner.
Self-starter with the ability to work through issues independently.
Capable of identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions.
Escalates issues appropriately when necessary.
Highlight your ability to provide data-driven insights, support strategic decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Strong experience with analytical tools and methodologies preferred.

Experience working in high-security areas is a plus.
