About The Position
Join a high-energy, hands-on property operations team where no two days look the same. We’re hiring a Property Services Associate to support our Lead professional across multiple residential properties. Requirements
- Hands-on experience preferred (maintenance, handyman, construction, property support)
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Fast learner who enjoys a busy, active workday
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexible schedule
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day property maintenance and repairs
- Handle inspections and preventative upkeep
- Respond to service requests quickly and professionally
- Help troubleshoot issues and work with vendors
- Travel between properties throughout the day
