Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is seeking a highly qualified attorney with at least eight years of experience to join our Property Rights practice. Candidates must possess a strong civil litigation skill set and excellent writing abilities. First and second-chair experience in complex civil litigation is required. Experience in one or more of these types of disputes: contracts, constitutional rights, land use, development, easements, condemnation, liens, construction, survey, title or disputes involving government entities is desired. Applicants should be team oriented, and highly motivated to solve complex problems and serve our clients. Open to candidates interested in a flexible or reduced-hours schedule. Colorado license preferred. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school.
