About The Position
The Property Operations Quality Inspector position at iTrip Vacations Annapolis is a part-time role focused on ensuring the guest preparedness of vacation rental properties managed by the company. This position is crucial for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and usability for each short-term rental (STR) unit on the iTrip platform. The inspector will be responsible for overseeing the condition of the properties, ensuring that they are ready for guests upon arrival, and addressing any issues that may arise during their stay. The role involves a variety of tasks, including local travel to different rental properties in the greater Annapolis area, such as Arnold, Severna Park, Pasadena, Crownsville, and Kent Island. The inspector will frequently interact with cleaning companies and service contractors to ensure that properties are maintained to the highest standards. This includes confirming that trash is taken out on designated days, ensuring that properties are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies, and performing light maintenance tasks as needed. Additionally, the inspector will monitor the reservation calendar to schedule inspections and will be the last person to check a property before guests arrive, ensuring that everything is in order. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The inspector will also be responsible for transporting linens from local laundromats and running miscellaneous errands as required. Overall, this position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a world-class experience for guests.
