About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Property Operations Manager to oversee construction projects from start to completion. This role is responsible for managing daily on-site operations, leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget. The Superintendent serves as the primary liaison between field teams and management, ensuring all work aligns with project plans, specifications, timelines, and company expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, tools, and trades
  • Proven leadership, communication, and time-management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
  • Ability to read plans, specifications, and manufacturer data
  • Proficiency with productivity software and digital devices
  • Experience operating heavy construction equipment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, coordination, and team-management skills
  • Proficient with Building Code (IBC), National Electrical Code (NEC), and International Mechanical Code (IMC)
  • Candidates must have hands-on Commercial HVAC experience, including:
  • Removing old HVAC systems and equipment
  • Installing new HVAC systems
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting existing systems
  • Running pipe and duct systems
  • Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
  • Understanding refrigeration cycles
  • Interpreting technical data such as pressure and temperature
  • Ensuring compliance with local HVAC codes
  • Training and mentoring junior team members

Nice To Haves

  • Commercial Roofing experience preferred
  • Commercial Building experience preferred
  • Commercial Electrical experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects through completion
