JOB SUMMARY The Property Operations Lead (POL) supports the Property Manager in executing and improving all market-level operational processes. This role focuses heavily on home inventory management, quality control, municipal and regulatory coordination, eviction and personal property procedures. The POL reviews operational dashboards, identifies performance gaps. As a licensed real estate professional, the POL helps ensure all market operations comply with local regulations, lease requirements, and company policies. The role collaborates closely with central and cross-functional teams, manages inspection workflows, approves property quality assessments, and coordinates court‑related activities.
