About The Position

The Community Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining property operations, attracting and serving residents, and ensuring that we meet our financial goals. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the resources and assets of the property, which includes overseeing staff, community buildings, roads, and amenities. It is essential to ensure that the property is clean and attractive to maximize occupancy rates. You will partner with the marketing teams to attract new residents and provide excellent customer service that contributes to a positive living experience for our residents. Additionally, you will show homes as they become available and analyze, prepare, and manage the community's operational budget to improve profitability. Setting high-quality standards and providing outstanding customer service to our residents will be key components of your responsibilities.
