About The Position
We are currently seeking a qualified Bilingual Property Manager for our Oak Terrace and Parkside Mobile Home Parks located at 1618 Marion Rd SE Rochester, MN 55904. The Property Manager position includes, but is not limited to: providing excellent customer service towards residents, prospective residents, guests and local municipalities to help build and maintain relationships; working towards or maintaining a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis; collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner; ensuring 100% compliance to company home standards; managing an established property budget; attending to community needs outside of normal business hours; planning and executing quarterly resident events; setting high standards for yourself and your team; maintaining the property office to required standards; performing prompt follow-up and follow-through on prospects and applicants; adhering to all state, government, and local requirements; and being invested in the mission and vision of Riverstone Communities.
