About The Position
Highland Management Group Inc., is seeking a Property Manager for our Kenwood Gables property, located in Minneapolis. Kenwood Gables is a 101-unit property. Living on-site is not a requirement of this position, but employees who do choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount! As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for Day-to-day, on-site management and resident relations. You will achieve and maintain optimum occupancy through the marketing and leasing of apartment units and renewal of existing leases and perform supervision of the physical property.
