About The Position
The Property Manager at Russellville Housing Authority is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of occupancy-related activities, including tenant admissions, grievances, evictions, and transfers. This role involves managing the Section 8 Housing Assistance Payment Program and ensuring compliance with HUD guidelines and Authority policies.
