About The Position
Lincoln Park Apartments is seeking an affordable Housing Property Manager in North Houston. The Affordable Housing Property Manager is responsible for the overall management, compliance, and day-to-day operations of an affordable multifamily housing community. This includes ensuring the property operates in compliance with federal, state, and local affordable housing regulations (such as LIHTC, HUD, HOME, or other programs), maintaining occupancy and financial goals, and delivering excellent customer service to residents.
