About The Position

As a Property Manager at 3Z Property Management, you will be responsible for getting properties ready for marketing, screening tenants, coordinating tenant move ins and move outs, onboarding new tenants, and signing leases. You will also handle rent collections & delinquencies, lease renewals, and communications with tenants and other members of our team. You will work closely with our Property Manager to ensure tasks are handled quickly & correctly.

Requirements

• Market knowledge or experience in property management or real estate is a plus
• You enjoy communicating with people & completing tasks on time

Responsibilities

• Coordinating tenant placement, including screening, collecting deposits, leasing, & move ins
• Scheduling services on our vacant properties to get them ready for marketing & pre-screening tenants
• Rent collection & handling tenant delinquencies
• Sending legal notices (NTQ, Breach of lease, etc)
• Security deposit compliance
• Lease renewals
• Communicating with tenants, our team, & occasional communication with clients
• Coordinating tenant move outs
• Onboarding new tenants
• Reviewing & assigning work orders for issues that were found on inspections
• Communicating with contractors regarding maintenance requests
