About The Position
We are currently seeking a qualified Property Manager for our Crescent Mobile Home Park located at 1400 Crescent Blvd., Gloucester City, NJ 08030. The Property Manager position includes, but is not limited to: providing excellent customer service towards residents, prospective residents, guests and local municipalities to help build and maintain relationships; working towards or maintaining a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis; collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner, including following up with specific residents on late rent payments; ensuring 100% compliance to company home standards, including walking the community daily to assess compliance; managing an established property budget - not exceeding the amount allocated and maximizing the communities’ profitability; attending to community needs outside of normal business hours when emergencies arise; planning and executing quarterly resident events; setting high standards for yourself and your team, managing to performance expectations; maintaining the property office to required standards and ensuring general office work is completed to deadline; performing prompt follow-up and follow-through on prospects and applicants; adhering to all state, government, and local requirements to meet and exceed the expectations of all Fair Housing guidelines; and being invested in the mission and vision of Riverstone Communities and the specific property you support.
