About The Position

Prestige Capital Group is a fast-growing, family-owned company managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties across Massachusetts. We pride ourselves on operational excellence, strong tenant relationships, and a hands-on management approach. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage day-to-day property operations, tenant relationships, and vendor coordination. This is a fully in-office role in Canton, MA—we are looking for someone who wants to be part of a collaborative, hands-on team. Schedule & Work Environment Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM In-office role only (no remote work) Fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of property management experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with tenant relations and rent collection
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with evictions and legal coordination
  • Familiarity with zoning, permitting, or development
  • Bi- Lingual (Spanish)
  • Familiar with Buildium - Property Managing Software

Responsibilities

  • Oversee rent collection and follow up on delinquencies
  • Monitor property performance and address operational issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting
  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenants
  • Handle concerns, disputes, and requests professionally
  • Ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction
  • Coordinate and dispatch maintenance requests
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues quickly
  • Track and follow up on open work orders
  • Advertise vacancies and manage listings
  • Screen tenants and coordinate lease signings
  • Work with brokers when needed
  • Handle early-stage eviction processes (notices, coordination, documentation)
  • Ensure compliance with Massachusetts regulations
  • Transition cases to legal counsel when required
  • Source and manage vendors
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Communicate with municipalities regarding zoning and permits
  • Assist with property research and development support
