About The Position

We are seeking a Roving Property Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of multi-family communities and a commercial building, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for our tenants. Your leadership will be key in upholding high service standards and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Proven experience in property management.
Supervisory experience and strong leadership skills
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Experience with Yardi property management software
Ability to carry and respond to an on-call phone
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.

Responsibilities

Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs and external vendors to ensure a safe living environment.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Implement customer service initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and community engagement.
Maintain accurate records related to property management, including financial reports and resident files.
Lead and support front desk staff. Provide direction, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
