We are seeking a driven Property Manager to lead a lease up at the Inspire Prairie Springs apartment development. This exciting multi-phase apartment community in Pleasant Prairie will offer high-end amenities including clubhouses, pools, co-working spaces, and outdoor recreation including pickleball courts and walking paths. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced team and manage a new property. You will lead the lease up and management of this high-end project. As the Property Manager, your first priority will be leasing and as occupancy builds you would be responsible for providing direct management oversight for the property. You will be responsible for maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of the development. Specific responsibilities will include property management, operations, maintenance, tenant relations, supporting the maintenance staff, accounts payable, collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Customer focused professionals are encouraged to apply!
  • The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or related field of study, and 3-5 years of residential property experience.
  • Experience in managing a lease-up is required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office, financial reporting and executive level communication skills are a must.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Yardi or a similar property management software is preferred.
