Job Summary To oversee, coordinate, and manage tenant-related activities for all KCR-owned properties, ensuring compliance with policies, fostering positive tenant relations, and upholding KCR’s mission of providing safe, affordable housing. This role involves data management, tenant communication, property inspections, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve housing goals.
