About The Position

South Fork Housing is currently seeking a Property Manager. This position oversees property maintenance throughout the enterprise. SFH has over 1700 leased spaces in Idaho. The properties include Student Housing at Brigham Young University- Idaho in Rexburg, ID and single-family housing. The Property Manager will primarily be focused on: Ensure company safety standards are followed and promoted. Direct the recruiting and lease up activities for the site. Assist in marketing and imaging strategy through social media management, reviews responses, and inquiry responses and posts. Input leases and maintain pre-lease report and vacancy reports for accurate lease management. Audit reports and system for accuracy and quality data. Continually review and report market information and recommend adjustments as necessary. Direct rent collection process including collections, payment reminders, pay or vacate notices, and complete payment deposits. Receive and address tenant complaints. Plan and oversee the tenant eviction process. Prepare and organize move-in and move-out events including manage roommate lists and assignments, and traffic and flow for moving day. Ensure change over cleaning and repairs are completed timely and thoroughly. Oversee accommodation requests for emotional support animals. Plan and direct complex and team activities and events.

Requirements

  • Two or more years’ experience in property management, student housing management, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes.
  • Adheres to the company’s values and ethical expectations.
  • Able to effectively multitask.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
