About The Position

Moline Investment Management [MIM] | Moline Management, LLC is one of the most active multifamily property managers in the Midwest. We’re seeking Full Time Apartment Managers to oversee the successful operation of a multifamily community in Arkansas. The successful candidate will be self-driven, highly organized, and outgoing, and must enjoy working both independently and with Residents. Excellent computer and communication skills are required. Requirements

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little direct supervision
  • Highly organized and driven to meet deadlines and goals
  • An excellent communicator in person, over the phone and in writing
  • An experienced computer user proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with ability to learn and use enterprise software
  • Two years of property management experience in the state of Arkansas is required
  • You must be able to pass a background check
  • You must have a valid drivers licens
  • 40 hours per week plus benefits including Health and Dental insurance and Paid Time Off

Nice To Haves

  • housing programs such as LIHTC is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Manage high volumes of paperwork related to Income Based Housing programs
  • Ensure strict adherence to Housing Authority regulations and reporting deadlines
  • Maintain efficient, thorough record keeping systems
  • Evaluate prospective Residents, conduct credit and background checks
  • Attract new Residents through creative marketing efforts, property viewings, and community referrals
  • Coordinate leasing transactions
  • Enforce lease agreements, timely rent collections, and property rules and regulations
  • Supervise maintenance staff to coordinate property maintenance and renovation projects
  • Handle Resident relations and resolve community issues
  • Manage administrative and basic bookkeeping tasks using property management software to track rental payments and other rental activities
