Requirements

A minimum of 7 years of property management experience
A current Property Manager license
Strong knowledge of property management principles and best practices
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable

Nice To Haves

Section 42 (LIHTC) tax credit experience preferred
