Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of property management experience
  • A current Property Manager license
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles and best practices
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable

Nice To Haves

  • Section 42 (LIHTC) tax credit experience preferred
