Responsibilities

• Maintaining high occupancy
• Resident relations
• Rent collections
• Lease Management
• Supervising a team of maintenance and office personnel
• Upkeep and maintenance of the property
• Safety and security of the property and residents
• Develop and maintain relationships with local officials, police and fire
• Train and Monitor employee behavior and progress
