As a BAM Property Manager, you’ll take ownership of one of our communities by leading a team, hitting performance goals, and ensuring residents feel at home every day.

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential property management experience (Class B+ or higher preferred)
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Attention to detail and strong operational discipline
• Stellar communication and customer service instincts
• Tech-savviness with CRM/property management systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
• Lead, mentor, and develop your team (leasing, maintenance, and admin)
• Own the financials: budgeting, rent collection, cost control
• Drive occupancy and retention through smart marketing and exceptional service
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and regulatory guidelines
• Champion asset care and property performance
