Requirements
- 3+ years in property management with knowledge of industry regulations.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Nice To Haves
- CAM or ARM preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all property operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
- Hire, train, and supervise site staff, fostering a professional and productive team.
- Manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations to maintain high occupancy and satisfaction.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense management.
- Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring maintenance issues are promptly addressed.
- Implement resident retention programs and maintain positive community relations.
