About The Position

Aplus Housing is a professional corporate and furnished housing provider serving the Seattle metropolitan area and surrounding communities. We specialize in delivering fully furnished homes and extended stay residences for corporate travelers, relocating professionals, interns, and project teams. With a focus on quality service, responsive communication, and seamless logistics, we create welcoming, fully equipped living spaces that customers can depend on during assignments, transitions, and longer stays. We are seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of housing setup and operations projects across our portfolio of furnished properties. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve guest experiences, streamline operational processes, support property readiness, and ensure on-time delivery of project milestones. This role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to work with teams across operations, maintenance, leasing, and client services to deliver results that align with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, real estate, hospitality, or related field
  • Proven experience in project management, operations management, or related role
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and standard office productivity software
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, service-oriented environment
  • Must be able to work on-site in Seattle, Washington

Responsibilities

  • Manage project planning, timelines, and deliverables to support operational goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams including operations, maintenance, housekeeping, and leasing
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address risks
  • Create and maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and task logs
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and follow up on action items
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful implementation
